# WhatChimp

> WhatChimp is a WhatsApp marketing and support platform for businesses, built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. Teams use it to send bulk broadcasts, build chatbots and AI agents, answer customers from one shared inbox, run Click to WhatsApp ads and sell inside the chat. WhatChimp adds 0% markup on Meta's message fees: you pay Meta's own rate for every message and a flat monthly plan for the platform.

Pro is $60 a month (up to 4 numbers, 5 team members, 15,000 subscribers, plus Instagram, Facebook Messenger and website chat). Enterprise starts at $119 a month (5 to 25 numbers, 10 or more team members, 50,000 to 250,000 subscribers, a dedicated account manager). Monthly billing costs more: Basic $40, Pro $100.
- Chatbots and the AI agent are included in every plan, including Basic.
- Coexistence: the same number can be used in the WhatsApp Business app on a phone and in WhatChimp at the same time.
