IMPORTANT NOTE: You can find your login credentials in your email inbox. It can take up to 15 minutes for the email to arrive. Look for an email from WhatChimp. Make sure you check your spam-box. And if you didn’t receive the email after these 15 minutes, please contact us over at our support desk, so we can help you out with your issue.
Use the credentials sent to your email to access your account. Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox. Once logged in, you will have access to the dashboard where you can manage your WhatsApp marketing campaigns and settings.
Follow the setup guide to connect your number with WhatChimp. Make sure to use a number that is not already connected to WhatsApp. If your number is already in use, you will need to delete your existing WhatsApp account first (not just the app, but the entire account). This step is crucial for ensuring smooth integration and avoiding conflicts.
