No Refunds on Subscription Plans

At WhatChimp, we strive to ensure that our customers have a thorough understanding of our platform through product demos, detailed feature descriptions, and support resources. As such, all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to all plans, including monthly and annual subscriptions. We encourage you to make use of any resources, such as demos and documentation, to make an informed decision before subscribing.

Refunds on Special Promotions

Refunds are not provided on any promotional or discounted plans, one-time offers, or special discounts. All promotional purchases are final sale and ineligible for refund.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team at support@whatchimp.com. Upon receiving your cancellation request, our team will confirm the cancellation and inform you about the remaining duration of your subscription.

  • Billing Cycle: If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After this period, you will not be billed further, and your account will be downgraded or deactivated as per our policy.
  • Important Note: Canceling your subscription does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Please refer to our refund policy above for more details.

Trial Period and Cancellation

If you are on a trial period and wish to cancel, please reach out to support@whatchimp.com before the end of the trial to avoid automatic enrollment into a paid plan.

Cancellation Due to Non-Compliance

WhatChimp reserves the right to cancel any account found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
