Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is part of WhatChimp’s Terms of Service and governs all subscriptions, payments, cancellations, trials, promotions, and billing activities associated with WhatChimp.

By creating an account, starting a trial, or subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.

Free Trial. Full Transparency Before Purchase

WhatChimp provides a 7-day free trial. This allows every user full opportunity to evaluate the platform before entering into any paid subscription.

Trials can be started directly at https://whatchimp.com.
There is no obligation to purchase during the trial.
Users have sufficient time to explore features, test workflows, assess platform suitability, and make a fully informed decision.

By proceeding to a paid subscription after the free trial, the user confirms that they have adequately evaluated the platform, they voluntarily chose to continue as a paid subscriber, and they fully understand platform capabilities, limitations, pricing structure, and billing terms.

Transparent Billing and Explicit User Consent

WhatChimp operates with clear, transparent, and fully disclosed billing practices.

Before any subscription becomes active:

• Pricing is displayed clearly on our website and checkout page
• Subscription terms, billing cycles, and renewal periods are explicitly shown
• Users must actively agree to Terms and Conditions including this Refund and Cancellation Policy
• Stripe automatically sends subscription confirmation and invoices to the registered email

Every subscriber also receives:

• Automated billing communication via Stripe
• Access to a billing management portal
• Full visibility of upcoming charges, renewal dates, and invoices

By subscribing, the user confirms full awareness and acceptance of:
• The recurring billing nature of SaaS subscriptions
• The renewal frequency applicable to their selected plan
• All applicable charges associated with their plan

Claims such as “I did not know it was recurring”, “I forgot to cancel”, or “I assumed it was one time” are not valid grounds for dispute or refund, because billing information is clearly displayed, contractually agreed to, and communicated through system generated notifications.

No Refund Policy

All subscription payments made to WhatChimp are final and non-refundable.
This applies to all subscription plans including monthly plans, annual plans, enterprise plans, discounted plans, promotional plans, campaign based pricing, and special offers.

Refunds are not issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Customer not using the platform after subscribing
• Customer failing to cancel before renewal
• Internal team not utilizing the service
• Change of business decision or strategy
• Budget or financial constraints
• Customer misunderstanding due to failure to review documentation or policy
• General dissatisfaction unrelated to a proven and verifiable platform malfunction

Subscriptions are billed in exchange for platform access, provisioning of infrastructure, licensing, secured technology access, onboarding resources, and support availability. Billing is not based on the volume of customer usage.

Customer Responsibility for Subscription Management

WhatChimp subscription billing is powered by Stripe, one of the most secure and widely trusted billing systems in the world. Customers have complete control over their subscription.

Each customer:

• Receives automated invoices and billing notifications
• Has continuous access to the Stripe customer portal
• Can update payment details at any time
• Can cancel subscriptions at any time independently

Failure to monitor account billing or failure to manage subscription renewal does not create eligibility for refunds.

If a subscription is not cancelled before the renewal date, the resulting charge is valid and non-refundable. Retroactive cancellations or refund requests after billing renewal will not be accepted.

WhatsApp Ban and Meta Compliance Responsibility

WhatChimp is an Official Meta Technology Partner and operates exclusively using the official WhatsApp Business API.

Meta independently governs compliance enforcement. A WhatsApp account may be banned, blocked, limited, or restricted based on Meta enforcement of its internal compliance systems or regulatory requirements.

Common reasons may include:
• Violation of WhatsApp Business Policy
• Violation of WhatsApp Commerce Policy
• Sending unsolicited communication
• Messaging related to restricted or prohibited activities
• Violation of applicable law

WhatChimp has no control over Meta enforcement decisions. WhatChimp cannot reverse, prevent, or influence bans imposed by Meta.

In such cases:
• WhatChimp is not responsible or liable for any ban imposed by Meta
• No refunds or credits will be issued
• Compliance with WhatsApp and Meta policy is the sole responsibility of the customer

Acceptance of Terms and Legal Binding

During signup and subscription checkout:
• Users explicitly accept Terms and Conditions
• Users explicitly accept this Refund and Cancellation Policy
• Users acknowledge and accept recurring billing terms

Failure to read the policy does not exempt the user from compliance.
By using WhatChimp services, users enter into a legally binding agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time via:
https://whatchimp.com/subscription-cancellation/
or directly through the Stripe subscription portal.

Upon cancellation:
• Service remains active until the end of the current billing period
• No additional renewals will occur after cancellation
• Cancellation does not automatically grant refund eligibility

Customers currently within their trial period must cancel before the trial ends to avoid automated billing.

Account Suspension or Termination

WhatChimp reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, if:
• A user violates Terms of Service
• A user engages in illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• A user violates WhatsApp or Meta policies
• A user attempts to compromise platform security or misuse system resources
