Do I need to code to use WhatChimp with Pabbly Connect?

No. You build the workflow in Pabbly’s editor: choose the app and event that start it, then choose a WhatChimp action and map the fields.

What can a workflow do in WhatChimp?

Send a template message or a free-text message, create, look up and update subscribers, create and list labels, and assign a chat to a team member.

Can a WhatsApp event start a workflow?

Yes, through a webhook. WhatChimp’s Pabbly listing has actions only, so you point a WhatChimp webhook, for an incoming message, a button click, a form or an order, at a Pabbly webhook trigger.

Can I send any message I like?

Outside the 24-hour window WhatsApp only allows approved templates, so use the template action. Free text works while the customer’s 24-hour window is open.

Which apps can I connect?

Any app on Pabbly Connect that can start a workflow, such as form builders, ad lead forms and payment tools. Pabbly’s own site lists them.
