What is WhatsApp Commerce?

It is selling inside WhatsApp itself: your products come from a catalog in Meta Commerce Manager, customers browse and add them to a cart in the chat, and WhatChimp handles the order, the checkout and the messages around it.

Where do my products come from?

From a catalog you create in Meta Commerce Manager. If you sell on Shopify or WooCommerce, your store can feed that catalog through Meta, and WhatChimp syncs the products from there.

How do I connect a catalog?

Create the catalog in Meta, connect your WhatsApp account to WhatChimp with catalog permission, attach the catalog in WhatsApp Manager, then press Sync Product in WhatChimp.

How do customers pay?

With a checkout link sent in the chat. WhatChimp supports gateways including PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, Paystack, Flutterwave, Mollie and Instamojo, as well as cash on delivery.

Can orders go to my other tools?

Yes. Orders can be exported to Google Sheets, sent to a webhook when they are submitted, checked out or updated, and read or updated through the Developer API.
