Before you register

Who is the partner programme for?

Agencies and other businesses that set up or run WhatsApp marketing, support or sales for their own clients. The portal is for businesses only.

How do I pay?

From a prepaid wallet in US dollars that you top up by card. Each client plan is charged from the wallet at the start of its billing cycle. A minimum top-up applies and is shown at checkout.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes. You pay the partner price and charge your clients whatever you choose. You invoice and collect from them yourself.

Where can I see the partner prices?

Inside the portal, on the Plans page, once you have registered. Partner prices are shared with partners only.

What happens if my wallet runs low?

A renewal the wallet cannot cover is paused, and that client keeps access until their current cycle ends. Top up, or turn on auto top-up, and renewals carry on.

Are top-ups refundable?

No. Top-ups are final and wallet balance can only be spent on client plans in the portal. The full rules are in the Wallet and Refund Policy.

Do you offer white label?

No. Your clients use WhatChimp under the WhatChimp name. You can describe yourself as a WhatChimp partner and show your partner page and badge.

How is this different from the affiliate programme?

An affiliate shares a link and earns a commission when someone signs up. A partner creates and manages the client accounts and bills the client directly. If you only want to refer, see Become an affiliate.
