Content Restrictions
Users must not upload or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
WhatChimp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in policy violations, illegal conduct, or harmful platform behavior
Meta Partner and Compliance Note
WhatChimp is a verified Meta Technology Partner. As part of this partner ecosystem, WhatChimp undergoes periodic program reviews by Meta to assess responsible platform usage, compliance alignment, and integrity of supported messaging functionality. While this ensures responsible operational standards, Meta independently controls WhatsApp enforcement decisions, including bans or restrictions. Such actions remain outside WhatChimp’s control.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
All platform materials including text, graphics, dashboards, software, design, and technology are owned by WhatChimp or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, reverse engineering, or exploitation is prohibited.
License to Use

• Third-party policy enforcement actions, including Meta or WhatsApp bans
Users acknowledge full responsibility for business decisions and messaging practices executed through the platform.
