Wati bills messages from its own rate card. On its card of 1 October 2026 for Growth and Pro, a marketing message to India is $0.0189 and a utility message $0.0025. Meta’s own rates are $0.0118 and $0.0014, so Wati’s are about 60% and 79% higher. The Business plan gets 5% off Wati’s card. WhatChimp adds 0%.

What are Wati automation triggers?

Each time a chatbot, keyword reply or rule fires, Wati counts one trigger. Plans include 1,000, 2,000 or 5,000 a month, and Wati says that past the quota you respond manually or buy more, from €35 a month per 1,000. WhatChimp does not limit chatbot sessions.

Is WhatChimp cheaper than Wati?

Wati’s plan prices vary by country, so compare your own invoice. WhatChimp Basic is $24 a month billed yearly or $40 monthly. The larger difference is in messages: on 10,000 marketing messages to India, Wati’s rate card comes to $189 and Meta’s rate, which is what you pay with WhatChimp, to $118.

Is Wati’s AI agent included in its plans?

Can I add a fourth user on Wati Growth?

Can I move my WhatsApp number from Wati to WhatChimp?

Yes. Meta allows a WhatsApp Business API number to move between providers. You turn off two-step verification on the number in Wati, connect it inside WhatChimp, and it takes about five minutes. The number, its messaging limit, quality rating, display name and tick come with it.

Will my customers notice the switch?

No. The number stays the same and there is no downtime, so customers go on writing to you the way they do today.
