Yes, on the official API. Send approved templates, only to people who opted in, and keep your content relevant so recipients do not block or report you. Your daily reach starts at 250 people and grows to 2,000, 10,000, 100,000 and then unlimited as quality stays high.

How many people can I message in a day?

A new business can start conversations with 250 different people in a rolling 24 hours, and 2,000 once the business is verified with Meta. Meta then raises the limit automatically to 10,000, 100,000 and unlimited. WhatChimp adds no sending cap of its own.

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API to use WhatChimp?

WhatChimp gives you the API. You connect a phone number in Meta’s sign-up window when you set up your account, and there is nothing to apply for separately.

Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app on my phone?

Yes. With coexistence the same number works in the WhatsApp Business app and in WhatChimp. It is included in every plan.

Does WhatChimp work with Shopify, WooCommerce and my CRM?

Yes. Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, Pabbly Connect, n8n, a developer API and outgoing webhooks are part of every plan.

Is WhatChimp only for marketing?

No. The same account runs a shared inbox for sales and support, chatbots and AI agents, appointment booking, catalogs and payments on WhatsApp.
