WhatChimp offers a variety of subscription plans to help you effectively manage your WhatsApp messaging. We now offer unlimited messaging credits with no cap on usage, making it easier for you to manage your communication needs. Here are the details:
Subscription Plans
• Free Plan: Start using WhatChimp at no cost and explore basic features.
• Paid Plans: We offer several paid plans with additional features to suit different business needs. These plans are billed either monthly or yearly, depending on your preference.
Enterprise Pricing
If your business has specific requirements, such as higher number of contacts, team members or WhatsApp number, Enterprise Pricing options are available. Contact us for custom solutions and pricing based on your needs.

WhatsApp Business API Conversation Pricing #
WhatsApp charges are based on the per-conversation model, meaning you pay for conversations, not individual messages. These charges are billed directly to Meta (the owner of WhatsApp) and not through WhatChimp.
Unlike other platforms, WhatChimp offers a major benefit: we charge 0% markup fees on top of WhatsApp’s Cloud API charges, while many other platforms charge an additional 20-25% commission. This helps you save significantly on costs.
Understanding WhatsApp Cloud API Pricing #
WhatsApp’s Conversation-Based Pricing means you pay a fee per conversation, which is a 24-hour window where you can send unlimited messages to a customer. These conversations are categorized based on their purpose:
Conversation Categories:
1. Marketing Conversations: For sending promotions, product announcements, and offers.
2. Utility Conversations: For updates related to orders, deliveries, or account status.
3. Authentication Conversations: For secure verifications, such as one-time passcodes or account recovery.
4. Service Conversations: For handling customer inquiries or support.
Note: Each type of conversation is charged based on the country of the customer and the type of message you send. You can check the pricing for each category in your country using WhatsApp Rate Card.
Unlimited Messaging Credits #
With WhatChimp, you get unlimited messaging credits, meaning there’s no cap on how many conversations you can start or messages you can send. You only pay for WhatsApp Cloud API charges based on the per-conversation fee, which is billed by Meta.
Free Conversations #
Each WhatsApp Business Account gets 1,000 free service conversations per month across all business phone numbers. This resets at the beginning of each month and applies only to service conversations. Marketing, utility, and authentication conversations are not part of the free tier.
Free Entry Point Conversations #
If a customer reaches out to you through a Click-to-WhatsApp Ad or a Facebook Page Call-to-Action, and you respond within 24 hours, you’ll start a free entry point conversation. This free conversation lasts 72 hours, during which you can send any type of message to the customer at no extra cost.
How Conversation-Based Pricing Works #
Opening Conversations:
• Marketing, Utility, and Authentication Conversations: When you send a template message in one of these categories, a 24-hour conversation window opens. You can send multiple messages within this window without incurring additional charges.
If there’s already an open conversation of the same category, a new one won’t be opened.
• Service Conversations: When a customer sends you a message, a customer service window opens for 24 hours. During this time, you can send non-template messages without opening a new conversation.
Rates for WhatsApp Cloud API Conversations #
The cost of each conversation depends on the category (marketing, utility, authentication, or service) and the country/region of the customer. WhatsApp provides specific rates for each region, and these rates are subject to periodic updates.
