What is a No Match Reply? #
A No Match Reply is sent when a subscriber’s message doesn’t match any chatbot keyword. Instead of leaving the message unanswered, it provides a response, such as:
- Suggesting an alternative action.
- Offering a link to more information.
- Directing the user to a human agent.
What is No Match Reply Frequency? #
This setting controls how often a subscriber receives the No Match Reply. Options include:
- Reply Every Time – Sends a reply each time a message doesn’t match.
- Reply Once Per Day – Sends only one reply per day, preventing repetition.
How to Configure No Match Reply #
- Open WhatsApp Bot Manager in WhatChimp.
- Click Actions → Select No Match Reply Template (opens in Visual Flow Builder).
- Edit the reply text or add elements like images, buttons, or interactive content.
- Save the updated bot.
How to Enable & Set Frequency #
- Go to Bot Manager → Configuration.
- Enable No Match Reply.
- Set frequency to Every Time or Once a Day.
- Click Save Settings.
